Master Set

(Reproducible Master)

For making minor changes to your house plans. This is a set of drawings printed on Vellum or Bond, that comes with a copyright release. The copyright release gives you the right to modify and copy the plan. The reproducible license typically allows you to make 10-12 copies of the plan for your construction needs. New home construction generally requires multiple drawing copies. Typically you will want one for yourself, the lender, the builder, the subcontractors, and the local building department.
