Rare Historical Plans
Our Rare Historical Plans comprise an expanding collection of architecturally significant home designs from the recent past, including mid-century modern Case Study House #3 by William Wurster and Theodore Bernardi; a selection of modern atrium- and gallery-oriented plans created for developer Joseph Eichler in the 1960s; and a range of rustic-contemporary cottage plans from the 1980s by architect William Turnbull, who helped design California's influential Sea Ranch community.
